Emily Gardiner has held various HR roles throughout their work experience. Emily started their career at Maersk Group as an HR Advisor, where they led a restructuring project and provided guidance on HR practices and employment law. Emily then moved to Balfour Beatty Rail as an HR Advisor, where they played a key role in a company-wide reorganization and worked on developing new terms and conditions. Currently, they are working at T Brown Group, where they have held roles including Head of Group HR and HR Director. In their current position, they have implemented a new HR information system, led pension auto-enrollment, and managed various areas of the HR department.
Emily Gardiner attended City and Islington College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a HNC in Business Management. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a PGD in Human Resource Management with a focus on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at London Metropolitan University.

We deliver a full facilities service and our areas of operation include domestic and commercial gas servicing and maintenance contracts, heating, electrical and building work, as well as underground mains. Our portfolio covers in excess of 125,000 properties, both domestic and non-domestic. We provide services to Client’s in the following sectors: Registered Social Landlords; Local Authorities; Educational Establishments and Private and Commercial Landlords.
