Joanne Lao is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the advertising industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at TBWA Greater China and Managing Director at TBWA\ Hong Kong since 2005. Joanne's career began at Tequila Singapore as Business Development Director from 1996 to 2002, followed by the role of Managing Director at TEQUILA\ from 2002 to 2005. Joanne's leadership has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the organizations served. Joanne holds a degree from Monash University, where studies took place from 1986 to 1988.
