Gian Fountain

Gian Fountain is an experienced IT Manager at TCAT Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, Inc., overseeing over 300 technology systems and supporting more than 50 end users since January 2019. With a background as an Information Technology Administrator/Specialist, Gian has expertise in Microsoft Windows architecture, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Backup & Disaster Recovery strategies. Previous roles include Information Technology Engineer at Darkhorse Tech, Inc., providing remote support for dental offices, and a Sales Associate at MAPLEFIELDS, where Gian also managed IT tasks. Additionally, Gian served as a Management of Information Systems Tutor at SUNY Canton, facilitating student understanding of information systems. Gian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from SUNY Canton and an Associate of Science in Dental Laboratory Technology from Erie Community College.
