Donista Davlatkadamova has extensive experience in telecommunications, having worked at Tcell since January 2015, where roles have included Expert in the Analytics and Commercial Reporting Section, as well as positions in the Finance Department, culminating in expertise as a Senior Specialist of Statistics. Prior to Tcell, Donista served as a Volunteer at CJSC Indigo Tajikistan from September 2013 to 2014, marking the initial entry into the telecommunications sector. Academically, Donista holds a Bachelor's degree from Tajik Technical University (2010-2014) and has pursued studies in English for academic purposes at the University of Central Asia in Dushanbe (2012-2014).

Tcell is one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Tajikistan, the sole owner of which is the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED). AKFED is an international development agency dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and building economically sound enterprises in the developing world.
