Jovid Nurov is a Backend Developer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently working at Tcell Tajikistan since March 2022 and previously at МегаФон Таджикистан from January 2020 to March 2022. Jovid Nurov holds a Master's degree in Multi-agent Systems from ITMO University, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technologies and Control from the same institution, earned from 2012 to 2016.
