Mary Pat Salomone has had a long and successful career in the energy industry. Mary began their career at Marine Mechanical Corporation, where they served as Chief Executive Officer for six years. During their tenure, they grew revenues by 43%, increased margins by 5%, developed an ownership culture in the 100% ESOP company, and instituted a capital re-investment program to replace aging equipment and to gain increased capacity and efficiency.

In 2006/2007, Mary Pat led the sale process and subsequent acquisition of Marine Mechanical Corporation by Babcock & Wilcox. Mary then became B&W’s first Chief Operating Officer in January 2010, responsible and accountable for company-wide operations, including major projects and capital programs of the company and its clients. During their three years as COO, Mary Pat oversaw B&W's global portfolio of operations with over 23,000 employees at 30 locations across 6 continents. Mary retired from B&W on June 30, 2013 after 31 years with the company and affiliated companies.

Most recently, Mary Pat has been serving as Director at TC Energy. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization’s communications function and overseeing all aspects of internal and external communications.

Mary Pat Salomone has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. Mary also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace University. Lastly, they have an Advanced Management Program degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
