Tanya Crossman is an experienced intercultural trainer and consultant specializing in support for Cross Cultural Kids (TCKs) and their families. Currently serving as the Director of Research and International Education and Lead Researcher at TCK Training since March 2021, Tanya offers training in cross-cultural competence through workshops and consulting services. As the Logistics Director for Families in Global Transition from October 2019 to October 2023, Tanya coordinated logistics for the annual conference. With a background in youth work spanning across several countries, Tanya has held various roles, including Co-Founder of the EPIC youth conference and Assistant Youth Director at Capital Community. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Asian Studies from The Australian National University, a Diploma in Mandarin from Beijing Language and Culture University, and a Master of Divinity from the Australian College of Theology.
