Kenneth Toshima

Kenneth Toshima is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at The TCW Group since May 2010, where Kenneth co-manages the Floating Rate Fund and leads a team of Research Associates in overseeing 370 investments across CLOs and other vehicles, while also developing a database-driven credit research process for managing $7 billion in leveraged loans. Prior to this role, Kenneth was Vice President at DiMaio Ahmad Capital, analyzing telecom, satellites, and cable sectors, and held similar positions at Northwater Capital Management as a Distressed Debt Fund of Funds Analyst, and at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst. Kenneth holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an M.A. in Asian History from Yale University, and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Occidental College.
