Joanne Holzapfel

Joanne Holzapfel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor management and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Senior Relationship Manager at TD since July 2004. In this role, Joanne engages with the bank's Vendor Management Community, providing advisory services and best practices for Vendor Management Policy. Previous positions at TD include Senior Manager for ATM Channel contract management, Performance Manager for service levels within the ATM Channel, and various roles in Technology Solutions, where Joanne coordinated significant technology transitions for Wealth Management brokers.
