Kristen Dunfield

Kristen Dunfield (Landry) is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Management at TD since June 2018. In this role, Kristen leads the Talent Review practice with a focus on enhancing enterprise talent health and aligning with strategic priorities. Previously, Kristen held the position of Senior Manager for the Next Evolution of Work, where the emphasis was on leadership readiness and talent management within the context of the largest Agile Transformation in the organization. Kristen's earlier experience includes working at Deloitte Canada as Manager of Human Capital, where strategies were developed to enhance talent and leadership across various industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Strategy from the University of Prince Edward Island, and participating in academic exchanges focused on Sports Management and International Business.
