Marilyn Raphael

Marilyn Raphael, MPH, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy at TD and has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Vice President of Business Governance & Portfolio Oversight at TD Asset Management. Marilyn is also the Co-Founder and COO of ICON Talent Partners, a not-for-profit organization focused on developing diverse talent in underrepresented sectors. Previous experience includes candidacy as an MPP for the Ontario Liberal Party, Project Manager at Trillium Health Partners, and roles in health promotion and policy analysis at Sinai Health System-Mount Sinai Hospital and the Region of Peel. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
