Shez Samji

Shez Samji is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of TD Innovation Partners since September 2023. Prior to this role, Samji was the Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Silicon Valley Bank from October 2019 to June 2023. Samji also held the position of Vice President of Investments at Third Eye Capital from April 2016 to October 2019, focusing on special situations investing. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at AHF Capital Partners, a sub-advisor to funds managed by Aston Hill Asset Management Inc., and as an Analyst/Associate at BMO Capital Partners, where investments spanned various levels of capital structure. Samji earned a BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University between 2004 and 2008.
