Ying Tam

Ying Tam is a seasoned Lead Mobile Developer currently at TD since May 2023, with extensive experience in mobile application development and team leadership. Previously at Accenture from March 2017 to June 2023 as an Application Development Associate Manager, Ying led a team of 40 developers, achieving a 500% growth in development capabilities by implementing the Agile Scrum Framework. Ying oversaw multiple projects across diverse industries resulting in high-quality product delivery. Earlier experience includes significant roles at JETCO, Next Digital Limited, and GreenTomato Limited, where Ying contributed to innovations in mobile applications, enhancing user experiences for hundreds of thousands of users. Ying holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science from the University of Staffordshire and a Higher Diploma in Mobile and Internet Games Development from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
