Andy Dreier

Andy Dreier is an experienced operations manager currently leading the second line department for TDC Erhverv since February 2017. Responsibilities include managing written inquiries, 2nd level billing calculations, sales support, and oversight of various teams and compliance areas, including GDPR and complaint handling. Prior to this role, Andy held positions as Team Lead within TDC Erhverv and as a Team Manager at Sitel, where the focus was on building and coaching new teams. Andy's career began as a Technical Supporter at YouSee and Dansk Kabel TV, paving the way for advanced roles in support and operations. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Southern Denmark and a high school degree with a focus on Mathematics from Esbjerg Gymnasium & HF.
