Phil Odegard is an experienced civil engineering professional with a career spanning several decades, currently serving as the Helena Regional Office Manager for TD&H Engineering since May 2018. In this role, Phil oversees client coordination, marketing strategy, team management, and a variety of project management tasks related to site design, subdivisions, water and sewer systems, and civil infrastructure. Prior to TD&H, Phil held various positions including Sr. Project Manager at DOWL, where leadership in marketing and business development was key, and Transportation Group Manager at Entranco, where Phil created a transportation design group and managed diverse projects. Phil's earlier experience includes project management roles at RH2 Engineers and Entranco, focusing on public and private infrastructure projects, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
