Barb Palmer

Barb Palmer is an experienced Senior Executive Assistant at TDS® since October 2013, supporting the President and CEO, CFO, SVP of Human Resources, and VP of Treasurer. Prior to this role, Barb held positions at Van Kampen Investments, where responsibilities included serving as Promotional Programs Manager from 1997 to 2005, as well as roles as Promotional Programs Specialist and Administrative Assistant at various divisions of Van Kampen Funds from 1992 to 1997. Barb's educational background includes attending Joliet Junior College from 1984 to 1986.
