Hooman Bagherzadi

Hooman Bagherzadi is an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in construction management, particularly in complex public and private projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at TDX Construction Corporation since January 2023, Hooman is involved in healthcare capital projects in Manhattan. Previously, Hooman held Project Manager positions at DiFiore & Sons, where management of a 10-story residential building was a key focus, and STV, where oversight of school construction and improvements was managed. Hooman also managed the rehabilitation of residential homes post-Hurricane Sandy at Hill International. Earlier experience includes roles at NSP Enterprises, PDN Engineering, and Pars Consult, focusing on significant projects such as wastewater infrastructure and underground tunnels. Hooman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Azad University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
