Michael Stupca

Michael Stupca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management across various industries including aerospace, defense, marine, and energy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality at TE Connectivity since April 2022, Michael leads operations across the East Coast Region, India, and Europe, promoting a "Zero Defects" culture. Previous roles include Quality Manager positions at Midstate Machine, Survitec Group Ltd., and Meggitt, where Michael focused on operational excellence and the delivery of zero-defect products. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Franklin University, along with an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame.
