Daniel Cooksey

Daniel Cooksey is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education, donor relations, and program management. Currently serving as Manager of Donor Relations at Teach For America, Daniel expertly plans and executes fundraising events while managing a professional development program for educators. Previous roles include teaching at Duval County Public Schools, where Daniel achieved significant increases in student science proficiency and engaged in various leadership activities, as well as positions at the Atlantic Council and the U.S. Department of State, focused on event management and international diplomacy. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Chemistry from The George Washington University and participated in a year-long cultural exchange program in Germany.
