Holly Plank, Ph.D., serves as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh since 2019 and has been a Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America since June 2016, where individualized coaching is provided to approximately 26 secondary educators and data-driven support is offered to enhance student outcomes. Previous experience includes serving as a School Director managing Corps Member Advisers and operations at Cooper Middle School and teaching 8th Grade Science and Physical Science at Tulsa Public Schools, where recognition was achieved for student competition success and instructional differentiation. Holly holds a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Space Science Secondary Education from Shippensburg University.
