Katie Hernandez

Katie Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and educational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at both Seton Education Partners and Brillante Academy since December 2022, Katie has a long tenure at Teach For America since April 2010, where responsibilities have included managing staffing and spearheading initiatives for performance development and employee engagement. Notably, Katie led the design and implementation of the Elevate program that reached 80% of the organization and developed comprehensive data-driven performance insights through quarterly surveys. Previous experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs, where Katie focused on regulatory operations and compliance, and as a Middle School Special Education Teacher within the Teach For America Corps. Katie holds a Master of Education in Special Education and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Arizona State University.
