Jessica Gassman

Jessica Gassman has extensive experience in software engineering and development. Jessica is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer I at Teachable since 2022. Prior to Teachable, Jessica worked at Ten Spot from 2020 to 2022 as a Full Stack Engineer, where they led the development of a real-time communications platform and participated in the company's platform rewrite. Jessica provided mentoring and training to junior developers during their time at Ten Spot. Before that, Jessica was a Software Developer at LenderClose from 2019 to 2020. Jessica was the technical lead and primary developer of a platform for scheduling and hosting remote online notarization sessions. In addition, they developed web-based applications for mortgage origination processes. Jessica started their career at IMT Computer Services in 2017, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst, responsible for creating web applications and maintaining an authentication and authorization system. Jessica also held the role of Programmer at IMT Computer Services from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Jessica gained experience as a System Administrator and IT Intern at Kailo Healthcare Technologies in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Jessica also had various roles at the University of Northern Iowa, including Robotics Camp Assistant, Math and Science Tutor, and Robotics Research Assistant. Jessica began their work experience as a Team Leader at Wildwood Hills Ranch of Iowa in 2013.

Jessica Gassman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science/Physics from the University of Northern Iowa. Jessica attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
