Raphael Haeuser possesses extensive experience in educational services, currently serving as Diretor de Serviços Educacionais Globais at TeachBeyond since October 2018, where responsibilities include mentoring leaders, overseeing educational projects, strategic planning, team development, and content production. Previously, Raphael worked as an educational consultant focusing on continuous teacher training through workshops and courses, and coordinated a resource website for educators. Prior roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Regent College, and Education Coordinator at Janz Team Brasil, alongside a background as an ESL teacher at various private schools. Raphael holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Regent College and additional theological qualifications from Faculdades Batista do Paraná and Faculdade Teológica Sul-Americana.

TeachBeyond equips educators, schools, and organizations to serve our Lord in pursuit of our common vision for transformational education. TeachBeyond has dozens of consultants and coaches who work with like-minded schools and organizations to provide continuing education to teachers, administrators, boards, and school owners. WE PARTNER. TeachBeyond rarely works alone. We partner with groups, organizations, and institutions in pursuit of our mission. In partnership with local organizations, TeachBeyond co-owns and supports a number of K-12 schools, English language learning programs, and projects.
