Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen is an experienced leadership coach and consultant at Lead Resourcefully since August 2020, specializing in supporting educational leaders and school teams in achieving strategic goals through customized coaching and professional learning. In addition to this role, Michelle serves as a Field Supervisor for Teachers of Tomorrow, mentoring early-career educators in Michigan for certification over three years. Previously, Michelle was the Elementary Principal at E. P. Clarke Elementary for 16 years and taught fourth grade and kindergarten in Ankeny Community School District. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
