Chloe Davis

Chloe Davis is an experienced education professional currently serving as a K-2 Literacy Coach at Teaching Lab since January 2023. Previously, Chloe held the position of Director of Operations at Harlem Children's Zone from July 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Teacher for the NYC Department of Education from September 2014 to June 2021. In these roles, Chloe developed effective lesson plans aligned with Common Core standards, created assessments to demonstrate mastery, and facilitated instructional practices to enhance student learning. Chloe has also mentored first-year teachers and collaborated with administration on leadership initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bank Street College of Education and another Master's degree in Elementary Education from Fordham University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hampton University.
