Ameen Siad

Ameen Siad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support engineering and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Teads, Ameen oversees support for IT systems across the UK, CEE, and MEA regions. Previously, Ameen held the position of Senior IT Support & Integration Engineer at Gorillas, where the focus was on maintaining IT systems and managing SaaS solutions. Ameen's foundational experience at Apple included roles as a Mac Genius, Technical Specialist, and Mentor, providing technical support and customer service excellence. Additionally, Ameen served as a Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police, engaging in community safety efforts, and held a supervisory role at Home Retail Group PLC, where leadership and mentorship were key responsibilities. Ameen holds a HE Diploma in Civil Engineering from City St George’s, University of London and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Epping Forest College.
