Shivani Pathania

Shivani Pathania is a highly experienced professional in the field of Food Science and Technology, currently serving as a Senior Research Officer at Teagasc since June 2016, where responsibilities include the adaptation of technologies for milk component separation and the development of innovative process technologies for the dairy industry. Earlier roles include Post Doctoral Fellow at INIAV, focusing on cereal-based food research, and Senior Research Fellow at Punjab Agricultural University, where Shivani worked on fiber-enriched snack development and published multiple research articles. Additional experience includes a Teaching Assistant position at CSK HPAU and Deputy Project Officer and Lecturer at Lovely Professional University.
