Courtney Preiss began their work experience in 2010 as an Editorial Intern and Music Journalist at BUZZMEDIA. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Financial Assistant at The Lighting Design Group. In 2013, they joined Team Epiphany as an Account Manager, New Business, and later transitioned to the role of Creative Strategist from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Creative Director at Team Epiphany.

Courtney Preiss attended Emerson College from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Writing, Literature, and Publishing.
