Xavier Roussac

Xavier Roussac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent management within the esports industry. Currently serving as the CS Operations Manager at Team Falcons since March 2025, Xavier has also held the position of Shareholder Associate at Engineering Investment since April 2016. Prior to this, Xavier was the Head of Talent Management at Prodigy Agency from August 2019 to February 2025, where the agency focused on representing and managing talents in the esports arena. Earlier career achievements include serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Company Owner of RF Rénovation, a construction firm specializing in general renovations, from March 2014 to June 2020. Xavier's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Business from the University School of Management (IAE) and a Bachelor's degree in Team Management from the same institution, along with studies in international business at the University of Warsaw and a DUT in Physical Measurements from Université Montpellier II.
