Johannes Schauss is an experienced professional in the electrical and business development sectors, currently serving as the Training and Continuing Education Manager and Business Development Manager at Team Power Solutions since January 2021. Previously, Johannes worked as the Technical & Shop Services Manager at Shermco Industries, where key responsibilities included recruitment, financial planning, and project orchestration from various perspectives. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Account Manager and Technical Representative at Team Power Solutions, focusing on commissioning and maintenance of high/medium voltage electrical distribution equipment. Johannes holds an Electrical Apprenticeship degree from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, completed in 2013.
