Phil Collins

Phil "Genesis" Collins has extensive experience in logistics, operations, and engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as the St. Louis Metro Logistics Coordinator for Team Rubicon since April 2022, Phil has been a Team Rubicon Volunteer since June 2014. Previous roles include Chief of Combat Operations Requirements at Air Mobility Command and Systems Engineer at Raytheon, where responsibilities involved developing mathematical models and simulations for Department of Defense transportation systems. Phil also served in the United States Air Force as a pilot and held significant positions at BBN Technologies, Sumaria Systems Inc, and GRCI, focusing on modeling, simulation, and software development. An adjunct professor at McKendree University, Phil holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s in Computer Science from Creighton University.
