Suzan Dil has a diverse work experience, starting as a Teacher at MyAcademy in 2009. Suzan then transitioned to Sales roles at Åhléns AB in 2010 and Zara Home in 2013. In 2015, Suzan joined Teamtailor as a Marketing Manager, working their way up to Head of Product, where they led product development and communications. Suzan has been instrumental in helping companies improve their recruiting process and engagement strategies.
Suzan Dil pursued a bachelor's degree in Political Science at Stockholm University from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they studied Social Anthropology at the same university in 2009 and focused on Journalism Science in 2012.
