Katherine Ward has extensive experience in office management and administration, currently serving as Office Manager for Teazzers since December 2013. Previous roles include Director of Customer Service at Red River Tea Company, Administrative Assistant at 3D Plastics, Inc., and ABC Records Coordinator at The Dallas Morning News. Ward has achieved several certifications, including Food Safety (PCQI), HACCP, and SQF Practitioner Certification. Early career experience includes work as a Customer Service Representative and Telemarketing Assistant at DFW Suburban Newspapers, where Katherine managed telemarketing payroll and customer service operations. Education was completed at Brownwood High School between 1979 and 1983.

When Jeff Farris and Rick Scheer couldn’t find a quality fresh-brewed tea in their local convenience stores, they decided to make it themselves. So, in 1996, Red River Tea Company was born. From the very beginning, our company has always been focused on innovation. The industry clearly needed to change, so we re-engineered the equipment and introduced entirely new flavors to our blends. Two decades later, we are one of the leading suppliers of fresh-brewed tea in convenience stores and food services institutions under the TEAZZERS and private label brands. In 2016, we bottled up all of that fresh-brewed knowledge and launched a line of TEAZZERS ready-to-drink teas and juices. We are constantly pushing the envelope in order to solve problems for our clients, force the industry to progress and deliver the highest quality tea products on the market.
