Rip Collins attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1981 to 1985, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 1989 to 1991, Rip attended Harvard Business School, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration.
