Yong Siang Tan

Yong Siang (Ivan) Tan has worked at various companies in different roles. Yong Siang (Ivan) started their career as an intern at GIC in 2011 and later worked as a tech intern at Call Levels in 2016. In 2017, they served as a solutions intern in data analytics at Graphene Services Pte Ltd. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a research assistant at SMU - Singapore Management University. In 2018, they joined Tech in Asia as a data scientist and later became the lead data scientist in 2020. In 2019, they also took on the role of co-organizer at DataScience SG, where they organized numerous data science events.

Yong Siang (Ivan) Tan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems and Marketing Analytics from Singapore Management University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they earned a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Business & Accountancy.
