Rajashree R is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Growth Officer for America Strategic Verticals at Tech Mahindra since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rajashree spent nearly two decades at Tata Consultancy Services, holding positions including Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Global Head of Retail Strategic Initiatives, Products, and Innovation, as well as Head of the Retail Solutions Group. Earlier experience includes a role as Functional Consultant at Ramco Systems in Chennai, India, from 2003 to 2004. Rajashree holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), earned between 1993 and 1995, and a BTech in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, obtained from 1989 to 1993. Educational background also includes attendance at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1987 to 1989.
