Wayne Grixti is the Chief Executive Officer at Tech.mt and the Chairman MDIA at Malta Digital Innovation Authority. Previously, Wayne served as the Chief Technology Officer at Air Malta, Malta Digital Innovation Authority, and Malta.ai. Prior to that, Wayne was the Enterprise Architect at MITA. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Malta.

Public-Private Partnership Tech.mt, was established in 2019 by the Government of Malta and the Malta Chamber of Commerce, to promote Malta as a tech centre for innovative technologies. With a drive to expand the value of the Technology industry in Malta, Tech.mt aims to position Malta as a quality, creative tech-savvy country, and promote Malta as a suitable set-up for foreign direct investment, whilst also promoting the local technological industries abroad.
