Alan Furley

Alan Furley is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in talent consultancy and business growth. As Co-Founder and CEO of ISL Talent since March 2008, Alan has built an award-winning consultancy focused on developing strong teams. Additionally, Alan serves as a member of OPUS and as a founding member and expert at VenturePath, a community supporting ambitious tech scaleup founders. Engagements also include advisory roles with FemTech Lab, supporting growth in female health, and as a Venture Scout at Landscape, aiding founders in accessing investment. Alan has a strong background in recruitment, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Computer Futures, and holds degrees from the University of the West of England and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
