Prior to this, Katharine held the position of EA to the Board & Office Manager at Gemfields Plc, managing complex diary and travel arrangements for board members. Katharine's experience includes significant roles at Bright Technology, where responsibilities spanned from business management to HR support, and previous positions providing personal assistance to high-net-worth individuals, emphasizing relationship management and project oversight. Academic qualifications include a BA in International Business and Hospitality Management from Leeds Beckett University.
