Timour Razek

Timour Razek is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles within international organizations and agencies. Currently serving as Manager of Storytelling & Community Engagement at TechCongress since March 2025, Timour has previously contributed to the communications team at USAID as a Communications Assistant, focusing on media and outreach activities. Timour also worked as Associate Communications at PMI Impact Malaria and as a Communications Specialist at the World Health Organization, where responsibilities included coordinating health promotion programs and community engagement initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at Wunderman Thompson as both Account Executive and Intern. Timour holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Lancaster University, completed in June 2019.
