Alison Caruso

Alison Caruso, PHR, is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at TechCXO since 2019. In this role, Alison focuses on building out the human resources department, implementing company-wide benefits, enhancing partner and staff retention, and developing performance management initiatives. Prior to TechCXO, Alison was the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Murphy-Hoffman Company, overseeing recruiting efforts across 12 locations in Georgia. Alison also held positions as Senior Recruiter and Director of Operations at Corps Team / Mom Corps, and Account Manager at Walt Disney Television, where expertise in full life cycle recruiting and advertising sales was demonstrated. Alison began the career as a Regional Account Executive with Carsey-Werner Distribution LLC. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Carolina.
