Matthew Klaiber

Matthew Klaiber is an experienced finance professional with a background in consulting and entrepreneurship. Matt started his career at EY where he performed audit and IPO services. After, Matt joined PricewaterhouseCooper’s M&A practice where he executed buy-side and sell-side diligence for public and private equity clients. Most recently, Matt operated and expanded two ventures within the Hospitality industry.

His areas of expertise include: Financial Modeling, Accounting Compliance & Methodology, Strategic Planning, M&A Diligence, Budget Development, Financial Forecasting, Pro Forma Financials, Transaction-Level Data, and QuickBooks.

Matthew has a BS in Accounting from Bob Jones University, an MBA from Emory University, and is a Licensed CPA in Georgia. Matt serves as a member of the Atlanta Symphony Associates and is an active coach in the alumni mentorship program at Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
