Bill Berry currently serves as General Counsel at Verkada, leading the company's Legal Department and reporting directly to the CEO. Berry is also a Board Member at the Family & Children's Law Center, which provides legal aid in family law to Marin County residents, and a Founding Member of The L Suite, a networking community for Chief Legal Officers. Previously, Berry held the position of Vice President, Legal at Tesla, where oversight included managing a large international legal team and advising the Board on corporate governance. Berry's extensive experience includes roles at Google, where significant legal victories were achieved in shareholder and antitrust litigation, and various positions at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and in the US Navy as a Lieutenant. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
