Brianna Humphreville is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and business affairs. Currently a member of The L Suite since January 2020 and a founding member of Impact 100 Seattle, Brianna has held significant roles including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at ThredUp, where leadership over international legal teams and business affairs was executed alongside involvement in the company’s IPO. Previous positions include Senior Corporate Counsel at Zillow Group, where legal operations and product counsel for Zillow Offers were managed, and Corporate Counsel at Amazon, providing legal support for Amazon Music and Marketplace. Early career experience includes corporate law at Ropes & Gray and a role as M&A Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Brianna holds a BA in political science from Columbia University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
