Jane Elphick is an experienced legal professional specializing in commercial law and technology transactions. Currently serving as Legal Director, Commercial at Headspace, Jane is also a member of The L Suite at TechGC. Previously, Jane held various positions at Google and Fitbit, including Associate Corporate Counsel and Lead Counsel for Fitbit Health Solutions. Jane's early career included roles at Cooley LLP, where responsibilities ranged from Associate in the Technology Transactions & Privacy Group to Trainee Solicitor. Jane holds a BA Hons in Spanish and Politics from the University of Bristol and completed legal studies at The University of Law between 2011 and 2013.
