Isaac Wall

Isaac Wall is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President Legal at Nayya and a member of TechGC since April 2024. Prior to these roles, Isaac worked at Goodwin as an Associate specializing in M&A from August 2021 to March 2024, and at Sidley Austin LLP focusing on M&A and Private Equity from March 2020 to August 2021. Isaac began their legal career at Allens, where the role included work as an Associate in M&A and Private Equity from March 2016 to February 2020, and a Legal Secondee in the Office of General Counsel at NSW Treasury in 2018. Earlier professional experience includes positions at Efic (Export Finance and Insurance Corporation) as Senior Manager and at Westpac as Assistant Relationship Manager and Relationship Banker. Isaac holds an LLB and BComm (Finance) degree from the University of Wollongong.
