Josh Steinberger

Josh Steinberger is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for general counsels since September 2023. Previously, Josh held the position of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Overjet from March 2023 to July 2024. Between April 2018 and March 2023, Josh was Senior Counsel at Waymo, and prior roles include Senior Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and intellectual property transactions. Early in their career, Josh worked as an agent at William Morris Endeavor, managing relationships with prominent writers and directors, and as an assistant at Creative Artists Agency. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
