Kiara Graves

Kiara Graves, Esq. currently serves as Associate Corporate Counsel at SeekOut since October 2022 and holds a DeputyGC membership at TechGC, an independent community for Deputy General Counsels, since December 2023. Previously, Kiara worked at the United States Department of Defense from April 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included advising on compliance program development and conducting internal investigations. Prior roles also include serving as Attorney/Senior Policy Advisor, focusing on legislative and regulatory analysis, and as a Law Clerk at Simeone & Miller, LLP. Kiara obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
