Aleksandra Marchewka

Aleksandra Marchewka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal consultation. Currently serving as the Acting Chief HR Officer at Techland since January 2017, Aleksandra is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies focused on organizational and performance management. As an Executive Board Member, Aleksandra plays a crucial role in defining the global direction of the company and overseeing the appointment of chief officers. Additionally, as an Executive Consultant, Aleksandra provides valuable advice and support to Techland's C-Level Team. Since 2010, Aleksandra has also operated as an Independent Legal Consultant, offering expert assistance in legal matters, documentation, negotiations, and contract management. Aleksandra holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Wroclaw, earned between 2010 and 2015.
