Meifang Yu

Meifang Yu, Ph.D., is a Data Scientist at TAYS, Inc. since June 2023, with prior experience as a Research Scientist at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from March 2021 to June 2023, and as a Research Investigator and Data Scientist at MD Anderson Cancer Center from December 2014 to March 2021. Notably, Meifang Yu developed a Drug Targets Detector to address drug resistance in pancreatic cancer and led a team in creating a Cancer Biomarker Detector that successfully identified two cancer biomarkers, optimizing experimental processes. Education includes a PhD in Nature Science with a focus on Oncology and Cancer Biology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
